Many aspiring Christian workers want to serve their communities 

 but they often face real barriers:

 

  • Training that doesn’t fit their culture or learning style
     

  • Church planting models that don’t address practical needs
     

  • Ministries that struggle financially
     

  • Lack of guidance in integral mission and holistic discipleship
     

  • Limited access to theological education that honors their context
     

Without proper support, many leaders feel unprepared, overwhelmed, or unable to pursue their calling.

1. Transformational Leadership Training

We train leaders using a curriculum built on our Six Learning Pillars, which include:

• Agriculture & Entrepreneurship

• Sustainability & Generosity

• Integral Mission & Transformational Development

• Cultural Awareness, Appreciation & Innovation

 

This equips students not only spiritually, but also practically — enabling them to minister holistically within their communities.

2. Context-Rooted and Culture-Honoring Education

We integrate orality strategies, storytelling, and indigenous learning methods so teaching becomes relatable, engaging, and effective.
 

Leaders learn in the same ways their communities learn, making discipleship natural and sustainable.

3. Integrated Church Planting Model (ICPM)

We train leaders to plant churches using a model that includes:
 

• Theology of Work

• Business as Mission

• Stewardship & Generosity

• Community engagement

• Culturally appropriate discipleship

• Livelihood development

​Students practice what they learn at the school and replicate it in their villages.

4. Income-Generating Activities (IGA) for Ministry Sustainability

We teach leaders how to build and manage livelihood activities that support their families and ministries.
 

This reduces dependency, strengthens financial stability, and models stewardship for the communities they serve.

5. Holistic Discipleship & Community Transformation

We help leaders minister to the whole person. Spiritual, relational, emotional, cultural, and economic.


They learn how to design ministries that uplift not only churches, but entire communities.
